My car won't start in the airport car park. How does the pickup work?
Call or message your level and bay number, ideally before you land. We work within the structures' height limits and boom-gate procedures, and often the car is out before you've cleared baggage.
After an accident in Botany, do I have to use the tow truck that turns up?
